These Session Terms were published on January 10th, 2026.
These Session Terms apply to any one-on-one or small-group sessions offered through this website, whether free or paid.
By scheduling or participating in a session, you agree to the following.
Purpose of Sessions
Sessions are intended to provide guidance, explanation, and support related to web development, programming, and related topics.
Sessions are educational in nature and focused on learning, problem-solving, and understanding concepts — not on delivering finished work or guaranteed outcomes.
No Guarantees
While sessions are designed to be helpful and practical, no guarantees are made regarding results, progress, employment, or skill level.
Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including individual effort, experience, and time spent practicing outside of sessions.
Scope of Help
During sessions, help may include:
- Explaining concepts
- Reviewing code or ideas
- Suggesting approaches or best practices
- Helping debug or think through problems
Sessions do not include:
- Completing assignments or projects on your behalf
- Writing production-ready code for commercial use
- Acting as a long-term support or on-call service unless explicitly agreed
Video Sessions & Recordings
Sessions may be conducted using video conferencing tools (such as Google Meet).
Some sessions may be recorded for educational, review, or quality purposes. If a session is recorded, participants will be informed.
Recordings, if saved, are stored securely and are not shared publicly or with third parties.
Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
If you are unable to attend a session, please provide reasonable notice when possible. Repeated no-shows may result in sessions being declined in the future.
Payment (if applicable)
If a session requires payment:
- Payment terms will be communicated in advance
- Fees apply only to the agreed session(s)
- Refunds, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis
No payment is required unless explicitly stated beforehand.
Conduct
Sessions are expected to be respectful and professional.
Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of session time may result in the session being ended or future sessions being declined.
Limitation of Responsibility
Participation in sessions is at your own discretion.
No responsibility is assumed for decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from applying information discussed during a session.
Changes to These Terms
These Session Terms may be updated occasionally. The version in effect at the time of scheduling applies to that session.
